Welcome to Nest & Nook Living. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (book.nestandnookliving.com) and any booking you make with Nest & Nook Living LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bookings & payment

Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed through our secure payment provider, Stripe.

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable occupancy and lodging taxes and any fees are displayed before you pay; the total for your selected dates is shown before checkout.

You confirm that the details you provide are accurate, and that you are at least 18 and authorized to make the booking.

Cancellation & refunds 

Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in, no-shows, or early departures.

To cancel, email info@nestandnookliving.com.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.

Entry is by keyless self check-in; access details are sent before arrival.

House rules

Maximum 2 guests per studio.

No smoking, and no parties or events.

No pets. Service animals are welcome as required by the ADA; a $200 additional cleaning fee applies if a non-service animal is brought.

Treat the space with care. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during your stay, and we may charge for such damage.

Website use

Unless stated otherwise, we own or license all content on this website. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use to browse and book stays. You may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and our services are provided “as is.” Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
